In my personalized nutrition consultations, I support you in building a strong and sustainable foundation for health, focusing on adding nourishing choices rather than restricting foods.
Together, we’ll co-create a plan that’s tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, identifying “go-to” meals that seamlessly fit into your existing routine and remain accessible no matter where you are. Through our sessions, I’ll help you make thoughtful, daily choices that align with your health objectives and personal taste.
If 80 to 90% of your diet is well-structured and aligned with your wellness goals, there’s absolutely space for 10 to 20% indulgence, guilt-free!
The subconscious mind largely shapes our eating patterns. There’s no need to feel guilty about what your autonomic nervous system has learned; only gratitude for the increasing awareness that allows us to evolve from those patterns.

We begin with a review of your recent food history, reflecting on the past few days, weeks, or months. Then we dive into your cravings, favorite foods, and current habits.
Together, we co-create practical, personalized meal ideas that support your goals for the week or two ahead.

Do I need to be 100% vegan?
Not at all. This is a plant-forward journey focused on nourishment, not restriction. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Can I join if I have a medical condition?
Yes. We take a personalized, cautious approach based on your lab reports and medical history. This is a powerful complement to—but not a replacement for—medical treatment.
Is there support between sessions?
Yes! You’ll receive ongoing support through WhatsApp and email to stay on track, clarify doubts, and celebrate your progress.
