However, if you happen to cancel your plans to Dharamshala for any reason, here are the conditions:

1. If you cancel 3 weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund. 
2. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to the retreat, a 30% deduction on your retreat fee will be levied.
3. If you cancel 1 week prior, a 50% deduction on your retreat fee will be levied.
4. There will be no refund if cancelled within 6 days.
