Eligibility: Adults who are keen on exploring holistic well being. We also invite wellness enthusiasts, nutritionists, fitness experts, mental health professionals and artists to join us.

    Eshanye, our experienced instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience, specialises in Yoga, Ayurveda and Breathwork. She has helped people with various conditions like anxiety, hypertension, PCOD, PCOS, and other psychosomatic conditions.

  • Nature Immersions

    Dharamkot is a quaint village in the Dhauladhar mountain range of Himalayas and is famous for its wide variety of flora and fauna, including various medicinal herbs, plants, and over 40 species of wild mushrooms.

  • Mindfulness & Emotional Wellbeing

    Our resident psychotherapists will guide you through journaling, art, play, movement and writing. They will be present to provide you with any emotional support you may need. Also every meal is a mindful practice providing a deeply nourishing experience.

  • Nutrition Basics & Cooking

    Discover how our GUT impacts our overall well-being. You will gain the power to incorporate essential nutrients seamlessly through understanding food groups and dispelling common nutritional myths.

    The cooking sessions will be an opportunity for you to learn valuable lessons to incorporate in your kitchen.

    Traveling to Dharamshala is Safe and Easy. Closest railway station is Pathankot.

    There are daily flights from Delhi to Kangra (DHM) Airport followed by a 50 minute taxi to Dharamkot.

    Volvo overnight buses/Private taxis are available from Delhi, Chandigarh, and Amritsar.
